太极扣精密附着体在牙列游离端缺失的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：分析太极扣精密附着体修复牙列游离端缺失的临床效果。方法：85例牙列缺损患者，均采用太极扣精密附着体义齿修复。随访0.5~3年，观察患者的美学效果、咀嚼功能、舒适度、基牙健康状况和牙龈状况等情况并记录，术后有无并发症的发生。结果：经0.5~3年的观察，85例中4例失败，成功率95.3％，失败病例义齿经重新修复至今仍使用良好。85例患者均认为较以前活动义齿修复美学效果好，感觉舒适，发音标准，咀嚼效率高；检查基牙牙龈形态颜色正常，牙周状况健康，无严重并发症。结论：太极扣精密附着体在牙列游离端缺失修复中的疗效确切，值得推广。Objective：To analyze the clinical effect to ended free deletion with ERA Resilient Precision Attachment. Method：85 patients with dentition defects were using ERA Resilient Precision attachment. After 6 months to 3 years of follow-up,the patients’ aesthetic effect,chewing function,comfort,healthily condition of abutments,the condition of the gums,and etc were observed and recorded,whether complications occurred after operations. Result：Through 6 months to 3 years of observation,among 85 cases,4 cases failed,the success rate was 95.3%. Denture restoration on failure cases were still in good condition. The feedback from 85 patients after operation were that：aesthetic effects were better,felt comfortable,pronunciations were good,high chewing efficiency;shape and color of abutment gums were normal,periodontal status was healthy,no serious complications. Conclusion：ERA Resilient Precision Attachment in the ended free deletion is efficient. It is worthy to be promoted.
