摘 要:混沌理论自提出以来引起了专家学者们的高度关注,在各行各业推广应用。混沌理论在管理学领域也得到了应用,并被命名为混沌管理。混沌管理即在组织稳定的情况下坚持人本管理,是一种与传统管理模式不相一致的管理方式。企业管理恰当地应用混沌管理理论,会使企业在新时代背景下更好地利用人才。本文以太原富士康科技园区的员工管理为例,探究混沌管理究竟应该采取哪些措施,会达到什么效果,以便更多人系统地了解混沌管理理论。From the last century the scientists began to pay attention to the Chaos Theory, and tried to apply it to the other fields. It Is applied in the Management Science, and named Chaos Management Theory. Chaos Management, which is different from the traditional management models, adheres to people oriented in the condition that the organization is stable. If the Chao Management Them',/can be applied in the company's management correctly, it can make full use of the ability of the employees under the background of the information age. The paper will take the management of Taiyuan Fushikang Science and Technology Park as an example for showing the measures and effect of Chaos Management Theory so that more and more people can know Chaos Management Theory.
