摘 要:轮齿接触分析(TCA)是根据计算加工参数选取的参考点处的曲面参数为初值求解非线性方程组,并最终得到轮齿接触迹线和传动误差。采用双重双面法加工时,加工参数的计算不设置参考点,因此在进行轮齿接触分析时,无法给出初值,使得双重双面法轮齿接触分析的非线性方程组难以求解。根据双重双面法加工的特殊性,设计了双重双面法参考点的选取方法,完成了双重双面法TCA,得到轮齿接触迹线和传动误差,直观的反映了轮齿接触情况,解决双重双面法无法进行TCA的问题,为实际生产加工提供了理论依据。Tooth contact analysis (TCA) is solve the nonlinear equations according to the surface parameters of machining parameter selection of reference point for the initial valueTooth contact analy- sis (TCA) is calculated the surface to solve the nonlinear equations, finally the tooth contact trace and transmission error is got. While using duplex spread blade, it does not need to set the reference point, the initial value can't he given, it is difficult to solve nonlinear equations for TCA of duplex spread blade. According to the particularity of duplex spread blade, a way to select the initial point is de- signed, TCA of duplex spread blade is completed, the tooth contact trace and transmission error are got, the tooth contact conditions is intuitively reflected, the problem that TCA does not apply to du- plex spread blade is solved, the theoretical basis for practical production and processing is provided.
