摘 要:以风力发电机传动系统为设计对象,将优化设计思想与Matlab相结合,利用外惩罚函数法对传动系统进行建模优化,求解出参数并用分支定界法确定齿轮参数。后以SolidWorks、ADAMS软件为工具,建立了传动系统的仿真模型,进行运动学仿真,结果显示,优化设计的传动系统结构紧凑、体积小、质量轻、传动效率高、输出动能稳定,能很好地满足工作需要,为风力发电机传动系统的设计和计算提供参考。Taking the transmission system of wind turbine as design objects, combining with both optimized design ideas and Matlab, using exterior penalty method, the modeling optimization of transmission system is carried out, the parameter is solved out and the gear parameter is determined by using branch and bound method. Then by using the tooling of SolidWorks, ADAMS, the simula- tion model of transmission system is built, the kinematics simulation is carried out, the transmission system of optimization in compact structure, small size, light weight, high transmission efficiency, output kinetic stability, is much more helping to satisfy the work, which provides reference for the design and calculation of wind turbine transmission system.
