摘 要:以马铃薯淀粉为前驱体,采用磷酸-水蒸气混合活化法制备具有良好孔径分布的淀粉基活性炭微球。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和77 K条件下的N2吸附,对所得样品的形貌和孔隙结构进行表征,讨论不同活化处理时间对所得样品的孔隙结构的影响。将制备的淀粉基活性炭微球组装扣式两电极测试体系,在6 mol/L KOH电解液中对其进行循环伏安性能(CV)测试。测试结果表明,制备的淀粉基活性炭微球具有良好的倍率性能,在400 mV/s的扫描速率下,所有活化样品的循环伏安曲线均能保持矩形形状。在32.7 A/g的电流密度下,活化时间为80 min时所得的淀粉基活性炭微球的质量比电容为103 F/g。Using potato starch as precursor, through H3PO4-steam coupling activation method, the starch-based activated carbon microspheres with reasonable porous texture were obtained. The morphologies and interior pore structures of samples were characterized by SEM and N2 adsorption/desorption method at 77 K. The effect of different activation time on interior pore structures of prepared samples was discussed. The cyclic voltammetry (CV) was tested in 6 mol/L KOH electrolyte through assembling button two-electrode test cells using prepared samples. Test results show good rate performance of all prepared starched activated carbon microspheres. Even at the scan rate of 400 mV/s, the CV curves of all activated samples still remain rectangle shape. At the current density of 32.7 A/g, the mass-specific capacitance of the sample is 103 F/g, prepared with the activation time of 80 min.
