摘 要:基于光伏电池的输出特性,提出了一种模拟光伏电池输出特性的光伏电池模拟器简单实现电路。该电路由1个恒定电流源和n个串联二极管并联组成,其原理是利用不同组合的二极管P-N结的非线性特性。通过调节电流源的电流和二极管的个数,实现不同光照和温度下光伏电池输出特性的模拟。计算机仿真和电路实验结果验证了所设计光伏电池模拟器的有效性。A simple realization circuit of the photovoltaic cell simulator that can simulate the output characteristics was proposed based on the output characteristics of the photovoltaic cells. The circuit consisted of a constant current source and n series diodes in parallel, and the principle was to utilize the nonlinear characteristics of the diode P-N junctions in different combinations. The output characteristics of the photovoltaic cells could be simulated under various light intensities and temperatures by changing the output current of the current source and the number of diodes. The effectiveness of the designed photovoltaic cell simulator was verified by the simulation and experimental results.
