闽台旅游专业合作办学模式——基于福建海峡旅游学院的实践与探索

摘　　要：办学主体多元化、培养模式多样化已逐渐成为我国高等教育发展的新格局。闽台合作办学是一种富有区域特色和特殊政治意涵的合作办学形式,推动了闽台旅游高等教育交流合作走向实质性阶段。在实践和探索闽台合作办学过程中,福建海峡旅游学院作为福建省第一所本科层次招收旅游类专业的学院,通过用好"独特优势"的先行先试政策,形成"双向互动"的教育合作机制,明确"三位一体"的培养目标定位,争创"四元参与"的办学支持体系,建立"五项创新"的办学举措体系,实施"六个共同"的办学保障体系,逐步探索出了一条闽台高校旅游人才培养的协同创新模式。Education Diversification has gradually become a new trend for Chinese higher education. Fujian and Taiwan Cooperative Education, which is full of regional characteristics and has special political implications, has promoted the tourism higher education exchanges and cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan toward a substantive stage. In the process of education practice and exploration, Fujian Normal University（FJNU）is the first university in Fujian to recruit tourism undergraduates for the cooperative education program. With national“unique advantage”pilot policy, FJNU is forming a“Multi-way interaction”educational cooperation mechanism, ascertaining the“trinity system”of comprehensive education target, striving for“four parties participant”supporting system, establishing the“five innovations”initiative system, and implementing the“six principals”security system, FJNU has initiated higher education cooperation mode between Fujian and Taiwan.
