摘 要:在高速动车组动力轮对车轮疲劳强度的研究中,机车车辆非轴对称车轮辐板孔疲劳强度校核常用多轴准则较多,针对各疲劳准则得到的辐板孔疲劳强度评定结果存在差异,通过对比分析各常用多轴准则下辐板孔安全系数的方式,确定安全度最大的多轴疲劳评定准则,同时使用单轴疲劳准则和Haigh-Goodman曲线对辐板非孔区域进行研究,指出非孔区域安全系数较小的位置。为此,基于某高速动车组非轴对称车轮,在确定计算载荷工况的情况下进行有限元分析和疲劳强度评定。计算结果表明,在Sines、Crossland、Kakuno-Kawada和Dang Van四种常用多轴疲劳破坏准则中,使用Kakuno-Kawada准则评定辐板孔疲劳强度最安全;对于辐板非孔区域,直辐板与轮毂的过渡区域和直辐板与轮辋的过渡区域的安全系数较小;车轮辐板区域的疲劳强度满足要求。There are several multiaxial fatigue criterions that can be used to assess the fatigue strength of the web holes of vehicle wheel, but they always give the different results. The safest multiaxial fatigue criterion was confirmed by comparing the safety factors of the web hole with the use of the different common muhiaxial fatigue criterions. The fatigue strength of the non - hole regions of the web was assessed using uniaxial fatigue criterion and Haigh - Goodman curve, and the locations with smaller safety factor of non - hole regions were pointed out. Therefore, the finite element analysis and the fatigue strength assessment of the high - speed EMU non - axisymmetric wheel web were completed after confirming the load cases. The results are shown as follows: Kakuno - Kawada criterion is safest to assess the fatigue strength of the web holes comparing with Sines, Crossland and Dang Van criterions ; the safety factor is relatively sinail in the transition region between straight web and hub as well as that between straight web and rim. The fatigue strength of the wheel web can meet the requirements.
