摘　　要：目的　探讨恶性实体瘤患者外周血细胞DNA倍体变化的特征。方法　采用流式细胞术检测了 180 5例恶性实体瘤患者外周血细胞DNA的含量。结果　在 180 5例恶性实体瘤患者的外周血细胞中 ,有 5 1例出现了DNA异倍体细胞 ,其检出率为2 .83 %。在这 5 1例患者中 ,DNA异倍体的DI值为 1.2 1± 0 .2 5 ,DNA异倍体细胞在血细胞中所占百分比为 2 8.87%。DNA异倍体患者的肿瘤转移率、未手术率和未化疗率均显著高于二倍体患者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　恶性实体瘤患者外周血液中确实存在一定比例的肿瘤细胞 。Objectie To study the characteristic of DNA ploid on peripheral blood monocytes of patients with malignant solid tumors.Methods DNA contents were measured in peripheral blood cells from 1 805 patients with malignant solid tumor by flow cytometry.Results Anenploid cells were showed in 51/1 805 of patients with malignant solid tumors.The positive rate of aneuploid cells was 2.83%.The mean value of DNA Index in aneuploidy cells was 1.21±0.25.The ratio of aneuploid cells to peripheral blood monocytes was 28.87%.Tumor metastasis rate,no surgical rate and no chemotherapy rate of these patients were higher than that of diploid patients( P <0.05).Conclusion It is certain that there are tumor cells in peripheral blood monocytes of patients with malignant solid tumors.The positive rate of aneuploid in those patients are associated with certain clinical biological behaviour and therapy.
