摘　　要：目的　探讨可溶性白细胞介素 2受体 (sIL 2R )和肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF α)水平与鼻咽癌的关系及临床意义。方法　采用ELISA法及RIA法分别测定鼻咽癌患者血清sIL 2R及TNF α水平。结果　鼻咽癌患者血清sIL 2R含量明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而TNF α水平与正常对照组无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　测定sIL 2R可了解鼻咽癌患者的免疫状态 ,sIL 2R水平可作为诊断鼻咽癌的 1个参考指标 ;TNFObjective To study the serum levels of soluble interleukin 2 receptor(sIL 2R)and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF α) in nasopharyngol carcinoma(NPC).Methods Serum sIL 2R and TNF α levels were measured in 38 patients with NPC,sIL 2R was determined with ELISA and TNF α was measured with RIA.Results Serum sIL 2R levels of NPC group was significantly higher than those of healthy controls while the levels of TNF α were no different between two groups.Conclusion The serum sIL 2R concertration can reflect immune status of patients with NPC,the elevated serum levels of sIL 2R may be a referential factor in diagnosis of NPC,TNF α may be associated with cachexia.
