黑龙江省与俄罗斯远东地区国际教育合作问题探究

摘　　要：近年来,黑龙江省与俄罗斯远东地区高校间的国际教育合作与交流日益频繁。俄罗斯教育家来黑龙江讲学,黑龙江省部分教师选择去俄罗斯深造的日益增多,对推动黑龙江省与俄罗斯远东地区国际教育合作发挥了巨大的作用。在简要阐述国际教育内涵及发展趋势的基础上,分析了当前黑龙江省与俄罗斯远东地区国际教育合作现状,从发展前景、关系处理、坚持主动权、拓展国际教育合作等四个方面对黑龙江省与俄罗斯远东地区国际教育合作问题进行了探讨。Based on the analysis of the connotation and development trend of the international education , the paper analyzes the current status of educational cooperation between Heilongjiang Province and the Far East region in Russia It discusses the problem a -bout the possibilities between Heilongjiang Province and the Far East region in the international education from four aspects of the development prospects, the relationship, the initiative, expanding cooperation fields.
