摘　　要：运用文献资料法和归纳法对大学生拓展训练的破冰操作技术特点进行总结,从问好及自我介绍技术操作、拓展训练两大诉求操作技术、团建操作技术和拓展训练体验注意事项四个部分进行阐述,并着重论述了团建操作技术,分别是选队长、起队名、画队徽、创队训、编队歌和塑队雕6个环节,以此对大学生拓展训练的实践操作提供建议。The use of literature and induction training for college students Outward Bound the technical characteristics of icebreaking operations summarize,say hello and introduce yourself from technical operations,to expand the training demands of the two operating techniques,technology and operations group to expand the training to build four sections elaborate precautions experience and focuses on the mission to build technique,were elected captain,from the team name,team logo painting,creating team training,team formations carved six songs and plastics sectors,in order to expand the training of college students as the practice of providing advice.
