摘　　要：为了了解我国蜜蜂研究方面的专利情况,以"蜜蜂"为检索词,检索出自1985年以来在我国的专利申请情况,从申请量情况、申请法律状态、申请人地域和类型等方面进行分析,探讨了我国蜜蜂方面专利发展的问题、对策与建议,以期为养蜂业的科技创新与知识产权保护提供积极的参考依据。In order to acquire the situation of patent on bee research in China, the patent application situation was searched since 1985 by using ＂bee＂ as index word. The applications, the legal status of patent application, the region and type of applicant and so on were analyzed in the pa- The problems, the countermeasures and suggestions of patent work on bee research were discussed too. The paper will provide a positive reference for scientific and technological innovation and intellectual property protection on apiculture
