多西他赛单药化疗与联合铂类一线治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的有效性与安全性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨多西他赛单药化疗与联合铂类一线治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的有效性与安全性。方法:选取2009年5月-2013年4月笔者所在医院收治的48例老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,按照随机数字表法将其均分为两组,对照组给予多西他赛单药化疗,联合组给予多西他赛与铂类联合治疗,比较两组患者的近期疗效、生存质量改善情况,并对患者的毒副作用进行记录。结果:联合组与对照组患者的近期疗效与无疾病进展时间、生存时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而对照组患者的生存质量与治疗依从性高于联合组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组患者的毒副反应高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:多西他赛单药化疗与联合铂类化疗对于老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效差异性不大,但单药治疗的毒副作用相对较小,患者的依从性与生存质量明显更高,因此在一定程度上更适用于老年患者的姑息治疗。Objective：To explore the effect and safety of Docetaxel combined with Platinum treatment for elderly patients with advanced non-small cell cancer.Method：48 patients with advanced non-small cell cancer in our hospital from May 2009 to April 2013 were divided into two groups.The control group was given Docetaxel alone,while the combined group were given Docetaxel combined with Platinum therapy.Recording the therapeutic efficacy and quality of life of patient.Result：The recent effect,PFS and OS of two groups were no significant difference（P＆gt;0.05）.The side effect of control group was lower than that of combined group（P〈0.05）.The quality of life of control group was better than that of combined group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Docetaxel treatment alone is same as that with Platinum in clinical effect.Docetaxel treatment alone has lower side effect rates and higher quality of life.
