新疆普通高校体育教学中人际关系状况研究——基于社会人文心理环境

摘　　要：为了适应我国体育教学新课程改革的特点以及发展趋势、促进学生身心健康和谐发展,文章从人际关系的角度对新疆普通高校体育教学环境现状进行了调查,并从教师与教师之间的关系、教师与学生之间的关系、学生与学生之间的关系三个方面进行分析研究,找出目前就人际关系方面制约和影响新疆普通高校体育教学社会人文心理环境的因素,并给出了相应的结论与建议。In order to adapt to the characteristics and developing trend of the new curriculum reform of sports teaching in China, and to promote the harmonious development of physical and mental health of students, this article has carried on the investigation to the present situation of physical education of social and cultural psychological environment in Xinjiang colleges from the interpersonal relationship, and gives an analysis and research from three aspects： the relationship between teachers and teachers, the relationship between teachers and students, the relationship between the students and students . This article also finds out the factors restricting and influencing sports teaching and social psychological environment of Xinjiang colleges from interpersonal relationships, and gives the corresponding conclusions and suggestions.
