太原市中考体育调查分析与反思

摘　　要：文章通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、观察法、实践教学训练法对太原市中考体育进行研究。在实践中,中考体育对中学生身体素质的提高确实起到了很大的促进作用,但也存在一些问题:中考体育对学生的影响有限;自选项目考核不利于学生身体素质的全面发展;体测缺乏专项内容,不利于养成良好的锻炼习惯。由此引发对促进青少年身体素质方法的思考,中考体育是一项治标不治本的权宜之计,思想观念,教育理念的转变以及教师培养模式的改变才可能是其治本之策。The article studies the senior high school entrance examination of sports in Taiyuan by the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, observation and practice teaching and training. In practice, the senior high school entrance examination of sports well promotes students＇ physical quality, but there are also some problems： the influence of senior high school entrance examination of sports is limited; the examination of＂ the optional project is not beneficial to the all-round development of students＇ body quality. The cervix lacks adequate content, and is not conducive to develop good exercise habits. From this, there appears the resuking thinking of method to promote adolescent＇s physical quality, and senior high school entrance examination of sports is an expedient which can not solve the problems from its root, and the change of ideology, the education concept and teacher training mode may be the fundamental solution.
