摘　　要：知识经济时代的到来 ,对经济法的理念产生了巨大冲击。直面变革 ,转换视角 ,应当成为经济法的时代使命。为此 ,经济法必须以科技为本作为价值取向 ,完善科技法制 ,推动科技创新 ;同时导入可持续发展理念 ,完善经济调控法制 。The coming of knowledge economy is pounding at theories of economic statutes.It should be regarded as the mission of economic statutes to face changes and new perspectives.Thus,economic statutes should base their values on science and technology,perfect their laws and promote their renovations;meanwhile,economic statutes should introduce the idea of sustained development,perfect statutes of economic adjustments,and promote the sustained development.
