摘  要:杨干象(Cryptorrhynchus lapathi L.)又名杨干白尾象虫,主要在东北3省危害多种杨树与柳树,造成了极大的经济及生态损失。目前,利用植物源引诱剂来控制其危害是最有效的控制方法,而触角感受器的研究对于了解杨干象对杨柳树挥发性物质的感受机制,从而开发行之有效的植物源引诱剂具有非常重要的作用。本文利用扫描电镜技术,对杨干象的触角感受器类型、分布进行了研究。结果表明:杨干象触角共9节,有5种感器类型,包括刺形感器(4类亚型)、毛形感器、B?hm氏鬃毛、锥形感器(2类亚型)、钟形感器。The Cryptorrhynchus lapathi L. ( Coleoptera: Curculionidae) is an important pest of populous and willow. In recent years, massive mortalities of its host plants have been caused in the three northeast provinces of China, leading to great losses of economy as well as posing a threat to the ecological stabilization of the local area. And also, this species is spreading rapidly to reach the west region of China, including Shan'xi province. As for now, the most efficient way to minimize the hazards is using plant source attractants. Study on antenna sensilla of this pest could provide us with perceptions on sensilla types, morphological characters and distribution patterns, thus give us a better understanding on the receptive mechanism of host location, and more importantly, finding a possible way for carrying out a useful kind of plant source attractants. In this study, we investigated the sensilla types, distributions on the antenna of C. lapathi. The results show that five types of sensilla were distributed on male and female antennae, including 4 subtypes of sensilla chaetica, sensilla trichodea, 2 subtypes of sensilla basiconica, sensilla campaniformia and Bohm's bristles.
