摘　　要：忽略词语的语义韵和语义趋向,甚至忽略不同文化语境下词语所含载的文化沉淀信息、价值观和态度意义对语言的学习和交流产生阻隔。本文基于语料库的方法,以"privacy"和"隐私"为例,发现看似对等的英汉词汇的语境意义的异同和文化意义的差异,提出相似对等并不是绝对对等。It would obstruct language learning and communication without regarding the semantic prosody and semantic preference, even worse, neglecting accumulated culture message, values and attitudinal meaning that words convey in the different cultural context. The paper, based on corpus, explores the different context meaning and cultural meaning of ‘privacy’ and“隐私” which are quasi-equivalent, and puts forward the idea that quasi-equivalence is not absolute equivalence.
