摘　　要：介绍小型柴油机的主要技术特征和柴油p-HCCI清洁燃烧技术的新成果,分析了柴油p-HCCI清洁燃烧的供油特点、柱塞式喷油泵的工作原理和柱塞式喷油泵油量调节方式对柴油p-HCCI发动机的喷油策略的影响,我们提出两段线性叠加的喷油策略,为改造现有柱塞式喷油泵,使之具备两次喷油能力,满足柴油p-HCCI发动机的供油要求,开发节能低排放的小型p-HCCI柴油机提供依据。The main technical features of small size diesel engines and the new researches of clean-burning p-HCCI diesel engines are introduced in this paper. By analyzing the characteristics of oil supply in p-HCCI, the principle of plunger injection pump and fuel adjustment mode of plunger injection pump, and how these affect the fuel injection strategy in p-HCCI engine, the two-section-linear superposition injection strategy is first introduced and analyzed in details, so as to transform the conventional plunger-type injection pump to have twice injection abilities and meet the fueling requirements of p-HCCI, to provide the basis to develop the new generation of energy-saving low emissions small size p-HCCI diesel engine.
