摘　　要：传承是发展的根基、创新的前提。从职业伦理视角对儒家伦理思想中的"五常"进行解读,提出其表现出来的奉献精神、忠于职守、勤研精思、勤奋敬业、求真务实等职业伦理规范,对图书馆职业精神确立和发展具有积极的借鉴和启迪意义。Inheritance is the foundation of development and the premise of innovation. This paper analyzes ＂benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom and fidelity＂ of Confucian ethics from the professional ethical perspective and puts forward that the ethical code,namely, being loyal to their duties, studying business, being practical, have positive reference and inspiration for the establishment and development of library professionalism.
