脑卒中患者对牙周病认识的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解脑卒中患者对牙周病的认知程度。方法对已经确诊的400例脑卒中患者进行问卷调查,根据文化认知程度把患者分成3组:初中以下组130例,其中男60例、女70例,平均年龄53岁;高中组135例,其中男73例,女62例,平均年龄54岁;本科以上组135例,其中男67例,女68例,平均年龄55.5岁。按照编制好的牙周病认知水平问卷调查表,对3组患者进行有关牙周病认知的问卷调查,分析脑卒中患者对牙周病的认知情况。采用SPSS16.0统计软件分析,两组间率的比较采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 3组患者在年龄、性别方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);本科及以上组与前两组存在显著差异(P<0.01);初中以下组和高中组间没有明显差异(P>0.05)。结论不同文化程度的脑卒中患者对牙周病认知程度不同,文化程度高的患者明显比文化程度低的患者对牙周病和脑卒中等疾病了解的知识要多,但是牙周病的相关知识普遍缺乏认知。口腔专业医务工作者应该加强健康教育,提高脑卒中患者对牙周病的认知程度,从而提高脑卒中患者的生活质量。Objective To understand the cognition degree of stroke patients for periodontal disease.Methods 400 patients with stroke patients were divided into three groups according to their cultural cognition degree including junior middle school graduate degree group and under （Group A,130 cases）,high school graduate degree group （Group B,135 cases） and Bachelor degree and above group （Group C,135 cases）.According to periodontitis cognition questionnaire survey,questionnaire survey was conducted on three groups of patient analysis of the cognition of periodontal disease in patients with stroke.Results There was no statistically significant difference in age and sex among the three groups （P〉0.05）.The score of Group C was statistically significantly different from that of Group A and Group B （P〈0.01）.Conclusion The periodontal disease cognition degree of stroke patients with high degree of culture are obviously higher than that with low degree of culture.Dentist should strengthen the propaganda of health education and improve the cognitive degree of periodontal disease in stroke patients.
