曲唑酮联合乌灵胶囊治疗失眠症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察曲唑酮联合乌灵胶囊治疗失眠症的临床疗效。方法将60例失眠患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,治疗组予曲唑酮联合乌灵胶囊治疗,对照组予以艾司唑仑治疗,分别治疗2、4周后观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者在治疗第2周末时疗效无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗组在治疗第4周末时疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论曲唑酮联合乌灵胶囊治疗失眠症疗效好,不良反应少,可在临床推广应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of trazodone and Wuling capsule on insomnia.Methods 60 patients with insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group patients were treated with trazodone and Wuling capsule and control group with estazolam.The clinical curative effect was observed.Results There was no difference of effect between the two group on the second weekend （P〉0.05）.The curative effect 2 and 4 weeks after treatment of treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.No serious adverse reaction was found in both of the two groups.Conclusion Trazodone and Wuling capsule have good curative effect and less adverse reactions to insomnia patients.
