公安高校辅导员心理压力及应对

摘　　要：警务化管理体制下公安高校辅导员扮演着多重角色。当前,公安队伍规范化、职业化、现代化建设正全面加快,新形势下公安高校辅导员工作压力日益凸显。辅导员自身应树立正确的职业价值观,在工作实践中加强学习和锻炼,经受各种考验,掌握应对压力的方法,提高应对压力的能力,同时,政策方面也要根据实践情况适时调整,加大辅导员培养力度,以此造就一支高水平的辅导员队伍,为培养合格的公安后备人才服务。Counselors in police colleges played multiple roles under the policing management. At pre-sent, with the acceleration of the standardization, professionlization and modernization of the public security groups, counselors＆#39; work pressure is increasing. Therefore, counselors should set up the correct profession values, strengthen learning and exercising in practice, subject to the various tests, master the methods to re-lieve the pressure and improve abilities to cope with it. Also, the policies in colleges should be adjusted ac-cording to the new situation and intensify the training for counselors so as to have a high level groups, sup-plying service to cultivate the reserved and qualified talents for the public security.
