摘  要:目的研究常规康复训练配合MOTOmed智能运动系统训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者步行功能的影响。方法将69例脑卒中偏瘫患者按康复训练方法的不同分为治疗组(38例)和对照组(31例)。对照组接受常规的康复治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的同时配合MOTOmed智能运动训练。在治疗8周后对2组受试者进行功能性步行量表(functional ambulation category scale,FAC)评分。结果治疗前,2组FAC评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经8周治疗后,2组FAC评分较治疗前均明显增加(P<0.01),且治疗组较对照组FAC评分增加更明显(P<0.05)。结论 MOTOmed智能运动训练在抑制偏瘫侧肢体痉挛的同时进行肌力训练,可有效恢复脑卒中患者的步行能力。Objective To investigate the effect of routine rehabilitation training combined with MOTOmed intelligent movement training on walking ability in hemiplegic stroke patients. Methods Sixty-nine hemiplegic stroke patients receive routine rehabilitation training alone (control group,n=31) or in combination with MOTOmed intelligent movement training(treatment group,n=38).Walking ability was assessed with the Functional Ambulation Categories (FAC) after treatment for 8 weeks. Results There were no significant differences in FAC scores between the two groups before treatment (P〉0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, FAC scores significantly increased in both groups(P〈0.01),and the increase in treatment group was more obvious than that in control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion MOTOmed intelligent movement training can inhibit hemiplegic limb spasticity and perform muscular strength training simultaneously to restore walking ability in hemiplegic stroke patients.
