论人民主体地位与党的群众路线

摘　　要：党的十八大报告指出:必须坚持人民主体地位;始终保持党同人民群众的血肉联系。全面理解人民主体地位的深刻内涵具有重大现实意义。人民是创造社会历史的客观物质力量,坚持人民主体地位,就要尊重社会发展规律,实现合规律性与合目的性的统一。人民是认识的主体,真理来自于人民的伟大实践,坚持人民主体地位,就要尊重人民的首创精神,虚心向人民学习。人民是价值主体,坚持人民主体地位,就要坚持以人为本,全心全意为人民服务,自觉走群众路线,把党的宗旨作为坚持群众路线的价值追求,把以人为本的科学发展观与党的群众路线统一起来。The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communication Party of China points out： we must adhere to people＇s principal statue; we must always maintain the Party＇s close contact with the people, it has vital practical significance to comprehensively interpret the connotative meaning of the principal stains of the people. The people are the objective material force in creating social history, so we have to adhere to the people＇s principal stains to respect the role of social development mad achieve the unity of regularity mad purpose. The people are the main body of knowledge, so we have to respect the original spirit mad learn from them. The people are the subject of value, so we have to be people oriented and adhere to mass line.
