摘　　要：目的:评估奉贤区贫困精神病患者社区医疗救助政策调整效果。方法:在政策调整前以及调整后12个月,对621例患者和342例患者家属进行调查访谈。结果:与政策调整前相比,政策调整后12个月患者的病情和服药依从性显著改善,药物不良反应发生显著减少(P﹤0.01);个人生活料理能力、家务劳动能力改善显著差异(P﹤0.01);但学习能力、生产劳动及工作能力、社会人际交往能力等功能恢复无显著差异(P﹥0.05)。结论:社区医疗救助政策的调整进一步优化了贫困精神病患者的治疗和康复。Objective：To evaluate effects of community medicaid policy adjustment for poor psychotic patients. Methods：621 patients and their 342 relations were interviewed before and 12 months after the policy adjustment. Results：The state of the disease and the medication compliance of the patients were significantly improved 12 months after the policy adjustment, compared with those before the policy adjustment, and the adverse reactions were reduced significantly （P〈0. 01）. The self-care and housekeeping abilities were improved significantly （P〈0. 01）;however, there were no obvious changes in the study ability, workforce and social communication skills （P﹥0. 05）. Conclusions：The adjustment of the community medicaid policy further optimizes the treatment and rehabilitation of the psychotic patients.
