摘　　要：对外贸易可持续发展关系到改革开放的成败,本文主要基于C均值聚类方法构建了一套对外贸易可持续发展评价体系。首先通过对现有研究成果总结,给出了对外贸易可持续发展评价指标体系,接着论证了基于C均值聚类分析的对外贸易可持续发展评价的科学性和必要性,并给出了相应的评价方法,通过对东部15个地区的对外贸易可持续发展评价进行实证分析,验证了本方法的可行性和实用性。最后针对对外贸易可持续发展的特点,提出了加强对外贸易可持续发展的对策和建议。Foreign trade sustainable development is related to the success or failure of the reform and opening up , in this paper , based on c -means clustering method to construct a set of evaluation index system of foreign trade .Firstly ,through the summary of exist-ing research results ,the foreign trade sustainable development evaluation index system is given .Then c - means clustering analysis is given of the scientific nature and feasibility of the evaluation of the sustainable development of foreign trade , and are given based on c - means clustering analysis of foreign trade sustainable development evaluation method , based on the evaluation of the sustainable development of foreign trade in 15 regions in the empirical analysis of the feasibility of this method and scientific .Finally according to the characteristics of the foreign trade sustainable development ,we put forward to strengthen the countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable development of foreign trade .
