摘　　要：在介绍智能手机、PDA、平板电脑等移动电子设备近几年来发展趋势的基础上,分析了基于移动电子设备的移动学习在教学领域中的发展现状及制约移动学习发展和普及的原因。同时,针对移动学习的不足之处,设计实现了跨平台课堂录像点播系统;根据移动教学的原则,设计了跨平台移动式课堂录像点播系统整体方案,并通过测试与具体实例说明了其设计的有效性。The paper first introduces the recent development trend of smart phones , PDA, tablet PC and other mobile electronic devices .Then it analyzes the present development situation of mobile learning which is based on mobile electronics in teaching and points out factors constraining mobile learning development and causes of its insufficient popularization .Last, in view of the deficiency of mobile learning , we designed and realized a cross-platform classroom video-on-demand system . According to the principles of mobile teaching , we design an overall plan of constructing the cross-platform classroom video-on-demand system .The design effectiveness is illustrated with tests and specific examples .
