摘　　要：地方本科院校承担着为地方经济社会发展培养应用型人才的历史使命。应用型人才培养模式研究,是当前研究地方本科院校人才培养的热点问题。本文从应用型人才的内涵、当前应用型人才培养存在的问题入手,对地方高校应用型人才培养模式进行探索,提出了构建"实验、实训、实习"三位一体的实践教学模式和实施产学研结合、校企互动的合作办学等新的应用型人才培养模式,以期对地方本科院校应用型人才培养有所裨益。It is the historical mission that local undergraduate universities undertake to cultivate applied talents for the development of local economy and society , whose training mode has been become a hot issues.In this paper , the author explores the connotation and malpractice of old mode of cultivation of applied talents , then puts forward some new modes such as the experiment -training-practice trinity and university -enterprise cooperation to cultivate applied talents , which is helpful to develop the training applied talents of local undergraduate universities.
