精囊蛋白1在膀胱癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨精囊蛋白1(Sg1)在膀胱癌和癌旁组织中的表达及临床意义。方法收集病理诊断的20对膀胱癌和癌旁组织,应用Western blot和实时定量PCR技术检测Sg1的表达。同时,收集病理诊断的46例膀胱癌和15例癌旁组织的蜡块标本,应用免疫组化方法检测Sg1蛋白的表达,并进一步研究了Sg1与分级、分期以及转移的相关性。结果膀胱癌组织中Sg1mRNA的表达低于癌旁组织(P<0.05);Sg1蛋白表达亦表现出相同的趋势。膀胱癌组织中Sg1的表达降低与肿瘤细胞的分期、分级和转移等具有明显的关系(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 Sg1蛋白在膀胱癌中的异常表达与其发生、发展密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of semenogelin 1 （Sgl） in bladder urothelium carcinoma（BUC）. Methods With Western blot and RQ-PCR, the expression of Sgl was detected in 20 pairs of BUC and tumor-adjacent samples. The expressions of Sgl protein and rnRNA were detected in 46 BUC and 15 tumor-adjacent paraffin samples by immunohistochemical staining. The relationship of Sgl expression and grade, stage and metastasis of BUC was analyzed. Results The expression of Sgl mRNA was lower in BUC than that in tumo^adjacent samples （P〈0.05）. The expression of Sgl protein had a similar tendency as Sgl mRNA. The low expression of Sgl in BUC was closely related to the BUC with high grade and metastasis（P〈0. 05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion The abnormal expression of Sgl is closely related to the occurrence and development of BUC.
