准周期三倍频超晶格的结构设计与实验验证

摘  要:基于准周期的投影理论,提出了在晶体的整个透明波段任何波长上获得三倍频的理论方案,利 用室温极化技术在一块 LiTaO3晶体中制备出了这种准周期超晶格,并首次在一块样品中实现了直接三倍 频的高效蓝光输出(其结构参数为 21.58μm,输出的三倍频波长为 480nm),其转换效率大于 27%Quasi-periodic optical superlattice (QPOS) is a promising material for the harmonic generation such as second harmonic generation (SHG) and third harmonic generation (THG). Quasiperiodic structure can directly be determined by the wavelength of SHG and THG. Based on the projection method, a novel project was provided for designing a proper structure that can generate THG at any given wavelength in the transparency wave band of materials. A blue THG at 0.48 μm was achieved as an example. The conversion efficiency is higher than 27%. As a by-product, a series of highly efficient SHG outputs in the same samples was also found.
