FAK和FGF-2在鼻咽癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:研究黏着斑激酶(FAK)及成纤维细胞生长因子-2(FGF-2)在鼻咽癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学法检测鼻咽癌及鼻咽炎组织中FAK及FGF-2蛋白表达情况,并分析其与临床病理参数的关系。结果:在鼻咽癌组织中FAK、FGF-2蛋白阳性表达率与鼻咽炎组织中的表达率比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);FAK、FGF-2蛋白的表达与淋巴结转移有关(分别P<0.01和P<0.05),与其他病理参数无关(P>0.05);FAK的表达与FGF-2的表达呈正相关(r=0.350,P<0.01)。结论:FAK、FGF-2的高表达在鼻咽癌的发生、发展中具有一定的相关性。Objective：To explore the expressions of focal adhesion kinase （FAK） and the fibroblast growth factor-2（FGF-2） in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and their clinical significances. Method： The expressions of FAK protein and FGF-2 protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and nasopharyngitis were detected by immunohistochemical method,and their correlations with clinicopathological parameters were analyzed. Result：There were statistically significant differences in expression rates of FAK and FGF-2 protein between nasopharyngeal carcinoma group and nasopharyngitis group （P〈0. 05）. The expression of FAK and FGF-2 protein were correlated with lymph node metastasis （P〈0.01,P〈0.05）. There were no correlation between expression of FAK and FGF-2 protein and other pathological parameters （P〉0.05）. There was a positive correlation between FAK expression and FGF-2 expression （r= 0. 350, P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The high expressions of FAK and FGF-2 protein correlate with the oncogenesis and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
