超声引导下穿刺注射平阳霉素治疗小儿颜面部血管瘤的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下穿刺注射小剂量平阳霉素治疗小儿颜面部血管瘤的临床价值。方法选取我院颜面部血管瘤患儿54例，经超声引导穿刺下注射平阳霉素病治疗，一次不能治愈者，隔周重复治疗，将疗效分为Ⅰ～Ⅳ级，追踪随访，观察疗效。结果54例患儿中，疗效Ⅳ级42例，Ⅲ级8例，Ⅱ级4例，I级0例。所有患者中无一例出现全身或局部严重并发症。结论超声引导下穿刺注射平阳霉素控制疗法对小儿颜面部血管瘤具有定位准确、不良反应小及疗效可靠等优点，超声引导下穿刺注射药物是颜面部血管瘤治疗首选方法。Objective To evaluate the clinic value of ultrasound-guided pingyangmycin puncture in treatment of pediatric facial hemangiomas. Methods Fifty-four cases of pediatric facial hemangiomas were treaed by ultrasound-guided pingyangmyein puncture. Repeated treatment was performed every other week if the patients were not cured once, the patients were followed up to observe the curative effect, which was classified into Ⅰ - Ⅳ grade. Results In 54 patients, the curative effect was grade Ⅳ in 42 cases, grade Ⅲ in 8 cases, grade Ⅱ in 4 cases and grade Ⅰ in 0 cases. No whole or local serious complications happened. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided pingyangmycin puncture has some advantages of accurate positioning, few side effect and reliable efficacy, which is the first choice for treatment of pediatric facial hemangiomas.
