摘  要:为了对公路施工作业区层级限速方案实施效果作出合理评价,分析了公路施工作业区层级限速方案种类,从交通效率和交通安全的角度选取速度偏差变化系数、等效最小安全距离、平均车辆总延误、平均最大排队长度,作为公路施工作业区层级限速方案实施效果评价指标,在30种交通组成条件下应用交通仿真软件VISSIM对6种层级限速方案进行仿真,得出了实施效果评价指标值,并利用加权加法平分法对4种指标值进行综合评价。研究结果表明:当公路施工作业区交通量不大于1 080pcu/h且小车比率越大时,一级限速方案的效果较强;当公路施工作业区交通量介于1 080与1 440pcu/h之间且小车比率越大时,二级限速方案的效果较强;当公路施工作业区交通量介于1 440与1 800pcu/h之间,且小车比率越小时,三级限速方案的效果最佳。In order to evaluate the implementation effects of level speed limit programs in the highway work zone reasonably,the types of level speed limit programs were analyzed,and the coefficient of variation of the speed deviation,equivalent minimum safety distance,the average total delay time of vehicle and the average maximum queue length were selected as evaluation indicators of implementation effects of level speed limit programs in the highway work zone.Six level speed limit programs were simulated under 30kinds of traffic composition conditions by using traffic simulation software VISSIM and values of evaluation indicators of implementation effects were drawn,then the values of four indicators were evaluated comprehensively by using a weighted addition ratings method.The results indicate that when traffic volumes in highway work zone≤1 080pcu/h and the rate of cars is larger,the implementation effect of one speed limit program is better;when 1 080pcu/h≤traffic volumes in highway work zone≤1 440pcu/h and the rate of cars is larger,the implementation effect of two speed limit program is better;when1 440pcu/h≤traffic volumes in highway work zone≤1 800pcu/h and the rate of cars is smaller,the implementation effect of three speed limit program is the best.
