面向独立学院应用技术型人才培养的实践教学改革与探索

摘　　要：针对当前独立学院理工科类专业实践教学中存在的典型问题,引入CDIO工程教育模式,提出了一种面向独立学院应用技术型人才培养的"四位一体"实践教学改革方案,包括开放实验室建设、创新实验项目管理、训练中心运作以及校企合作实践基地建设等。最后结合实施效果指出了CDIO工程模式在独立学院应用技术型人才培养的实践教学改革中的应用是成功的。For typical problems in engineering majors of independent college in the current practice teaching, we introduce the CDIO engineering education model, and propose a＂four in one＂practice teaching reform program, including the construction of an open laboratory, innovative experimental project management, training center operations and school-enterprise cooperation practice base construction. Finally, the effect of the implementation of the project pointed out the CDIO model for practice teaching reform and training applied technology talents is successful.
