摘 要:针对东风EJ02电动汽车进行了再生制动控制策略研究,通过对制动动力学与制动法规的研究,结合电池充电特性与电机输出特性,提出了在保证制动稳定性和电池安全性的前提下,最大限度回收制动能量的再生制动控制策略,并在ADVISOR仿真平台上结合Matlab Stateflow对该策略进行了建模与仿真分析,进行了3种工况的台架试验,得到不同工况的续驶里程。结果表明,该控制策略在保证电池安全性的前提下充分利用了电机的制动转矩,大幅提高了制动能量的回收,增加了电动汽车的续驶里程。The regenerative braking control strategy for Dongfeng EJ 02 electric vehicle was studied .The vehicle brake dynamics and related braking regulations were analyzed .The output characteristics of motor and the charging characteristics of battery were discussed .A regenerative braking control strategy was proposed based on braking stability and safety of the battery , which would recycle braking energy as much as possible .And then modeling and simulation were carried out with Matlab State-flow and Advisor.Finally, bench test for three driving cycle was conducted .The driving range for different driving cycle was obtained.The results show that the proposed strategy makes good use of motor brake torque on the premise of battery safety , and a remarkable motor regenerative energy improvement can be achieved , which enhanced the driving range of EV .
