英语中的虚主语“it”和汉语中的虚主语“他”异同之比较

摘　　要："it"和"他"可分别做英语和汉语中的虚主语,他们之间既有相同之处又存在差异。相同之处在于它们自身都只有语音而无实际意义,而且均为第三人称。差异体现在使用它们的文体不同、功能不同、指代不同及其和谓语的一致性不同。＂It＂ and ＂ta＂ （他） are dummy subjects in English and Chinese respectively, while there are similarities and differences between them. The similarities are that neither of them has semantic meaning and both of them are the third numbers. Thedifferences lie in the text style that they are used, their functions, their references and the subject-predicate consistency.
