摘 要:集成QFD与KANO模型给出了一种定量确定延迟策略CODP定位的方法。应用QFD方法实现客户定制需求向工程属性的转化,通过三角模糊集对工程属性进行最终排序,利用KANO模型对工程属性加以分类,根据分类的结果定位CODP,从而实现制造企业和客户的价值共同创造。算例表明:将QFD与KANO模型集成应用于CODP定位,可为CODP上游生产具有无差异和必备工程属性的通用零部件,CODP下游定制生产具有一元和魅力工程属性的产品提供理论依据。The method of CODP positioning in postponement strategy was given when QFD model was integrated with KANO model.The transformation of the customization needs to the engineering properties was achieved by QFD method .The final ranking of the engineering properties was set by the triangular fuzzy sets , and then the engineering properties were classified by KANO model, and CODP was positioned based on these classifications .The value co-creation of manufacturing enterprise and customer was achieved .The results of numerical example show that:integrated application of QFD and KANO model in CODP positioning provide a theoretical basis , so that common items with no-difference and the necessary engineering properties may be manufactured on the CODP upstream, while the product with linear and charm engineering properties may be customized in the CODP downstream .
