摘　　要：随着科学技术的日新月异,国际间的竞争日趋激烈,世界各国大都把发展教育事业看作是推动社会经济发展及促进就业增长的重要目标。那么如何才能更好地发展教育事业,最值得去做的就是加强教育内涵建设。而"软知识"就是教育内涵中最为关键的一部分。With the progress of science and technology, the international competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Countries around the world are all see the education development as an important goal for promoting the social and economic development employment growth. So, the most worth to do to develop the education is to strengthen the construction of education connotation. And the ＂soft knowledge＂ is the most crucial part of it.
