摘　　要：电子地图的应用已日趋广泛,其制作方式得到了重视。本文从基础数据准备与处理、电子地图配图以及电子地图切图3个方面着手,探讨在ArcGIS 10.0平台下矢量电子地图的制作方法,并对其相关问题的解决方案进行了详细的阐述,以期为矢量电子地图的制作和更新提供相应的技术路线和解决相关问题的新思路。The application of electronic map is more and more widely used, and the way of producing maps receives more attention. The paper discusses three aspects of the preparation of basic data and processing, electronic map drawing and the electronic map cutting to explore the method of making the vector electronic map on the platform of ArcGISIO. O, and the solution and the correlative problems are described in detail in order to provide new ideas of the corresponding technical route and solve the problems related to making and updating vector electronic maps.
