摘　　要：目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定注射用头孢美唑钠的含量。方法：采用Diamonsil-C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）,以0.08 mol.L-1醋酸铵溶液∶甲醇（80∶20）（混合后,冰醋酸调pH至6.0）为流动相,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长254 nm,柱温30℃;以外标法进行含量计算。结果：头孢美唑钠在0.0105~0.8400 mg.mL-1浓度范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9998,方法平均回收率为99.89%,中间精密度RSD为1.41%（n=6）。结论：本法简便、专属、灵敏快速,可用于注射用头孢美唑钠含量的测定。Objective ： To establish an RP-HPLC method for Cefmetazole Injection. Methods ： The HPLC condition was as follows ： Diamonsil-Cls column （ 4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm ） with a temperature at 30℃, mobile phase of 80 volumes of 0.08 mol · L-1 ammonium acetate and 20 volumes of methanol, pH=6.0 （ adjusted with acetic acid after mixed ）, a flow rate of 1 mL · min-1 , and detection at 254 nm. Results ： The calibration curve of cefmetazole was linear within 0.0105 mg · mL-1-0.8400 mg · mL-1 with the correlation coefficient of 0.9998. The average recovery of cefmetazole was 99.89% and the RSD of precision was 1.41% （ n=6 ）. Conclusion ： This RP-HPLC method is simple, selective, and can be used for determination of related substances in Cefmetazole Injection.
