摘　　要：儿童多动症(ADHD)是临床常见的儿童精神行为障碍疾病之一,临床表现主要为过度活动,注意力不集中,可伴有学习困难和情绪障碍,预后不一。随着中医对儿童多动症发病机理认识的不断深入,中医中药在治疗儿童多动症方面逐渐凸显出其独特的优势,为探索更规范、更有效的治疗儿童多动症的方法奠定了坚实的基础。此文综述了近10年来中医药治疗儿童多动症的临床资料,并对目前中医药治疗儿童多动症方面所存在的问题进行了分析和展望。Abstract ： ADHD is one of the common childhood mental and behavior disorders in clinic and its clinical manifestations are mainly the excessive activity, inattention, may be associated with learning difficulties and mental impairment, with different prognosis. As the deeper discussion about the pathogenesis of ADHD, the traditional Chinese medicine gradually outstands its advantages in the treatment for ADHD. It has laid a solid foundation for exploring more normative and effective ways to treat ADHD. In this article, the clinical data about the treatment with TCM for ADHD over the past 10 years was summarized, and the problems at present were analyzed together with the prospect.
