网络环境下高校图书馆知识型馆员的激励机制研究

摘　　要：对知识型馆员和激励这两个概念进行描述,提出高校图书馆知识型馆员激励的必要性,并以波特—劳勒激励模型为依据,构建了图书馆员的激励模型。在此基础上提出了激励高校图书馆员的三大策略,即物质激励、情感激励以及知识激励。The article presents the concepts of intellectual librarian and incentive, discusses the importance of the intellectual librarian incentive in the university library, employs the Potter Lawler incentive model to explore the building of the incentive model, and proposes the three incentive strategies： material incentive, emotional incentive and knowledge incentive.
