PDCA循环管理模式对脑干出血患者气管插管非计划性拔管和患者护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的分析PDCA循环管理模式对脑干出血气管插管非计划性拔管和护理满意度的影响。方法随机抽取我院2010-05—2013-06收治的脑干出血患者56例为研究对象,随机分为常规护理组和护理干预组,常规护理组接受气管插管常规护理,护理干预组接受PDCA循环管理模式指导下的护理干预措施。观察并比较2组患者非计划性拔管情况和家属满意度。结果护理干预组的非计划性拔管并发症发生率为7.14%,明显低于常规护理组(28.57%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),常规护理组家属护理满意度为100.00%,明显高于常规护理组的85.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环管理模式能够明显降低脑干出血患者气管插管非计划性拔管发生,提高患者家属护理满意度,值得应用和推广。Objective To explore the PDCA cycle management influence on unscheduled extubation and relatives＆#39;satisfac-tion for patients with brain stem hemorrhage. Methods Fifty-six patients with brain stem hemorrhage treated in our hospital from May 2010 to June 2013 were chosen as the research objects ,and divided into the routine nursing group（selected from be-fore implementation of PDCA cycle management model）and the nursing intervention group（selected from after implementation of PDCA cycle management model） ,respectively.The patients in the routine nursing group were given routine nursing care ,the patients in the nursing intervention group received nursing measures under the PDCA cycle management model ,The unsched-uled extubation and relatives＆#39;satisfaction for patients with brain stem hemorrhage by PDCA cycle management were compared.Results The unscheduled decannulation complication rates of the nursing intervention group was lower than that of the routine nursing group（7.14% vs 28.57% ,P〈0.05） ,the relatives＇satisfaction for patients of the nursing intervention group was high-er than that of the routine nursing group（100.00% vs 85.71% ,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The PDCA cycle management model can significantly reduce tracheal intubation unscheduled tube drawing in patients with the brainstem hemorrhage ,and improve the relatives＇satisfaction for care ,it is worthy of wide application and promotion.
