多奈哌齐联合天智颗粒治疗轻中度阿尔茨海默病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察多奈哌齐与天智颗粒联合治疗轻、中度阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer’s disease,AD）的临床疗效。方法选择简易智能量表（MMSE）评分在10~24分的轻、中度AD患者84例,随机分成2组。联合治疗组43例给予多奈哌齐5mg,1次/d,天智颗粒5g,3次/d;对照组41例予多奈哌齐5mg,1次/d;临床实验12周。应用MMSE、日常生活能力量表（ADL）进行评分,比较2组治疗效果。结果 2组患者治疗后MMSE、ADL评分均明显改善（P〈0.01）;联合治疗组较对照组改善更明显（P〈0.05）。联合治疗组轻度腹泻4例（9.3%）,对照组兴奋失眠5例（12.2%）,轻度腹泻1例（2.4%）。结论在轻中度AD治疗中多奈哌齐与天智颗粒联合应用可有效改善患者的认知能力和日常生活能力,临床疗效优于单用多奈哌齐。Objective To investigate the curative effect of donepezil combined with Tianzhi granule on mild to moderate Alzheimer’s disease（AD）.Methods Eighty-four patients with mild to moderate AD （Mini Mental State Examination（MMSE） total scores between 10 and 24） were randomly divided into two groups ：combined treatment group （n= 43） ,treated with donepezil 5 mg once a day and Tianzhi granule 5 g three times a day ;control group （n=41） treated with donepezil 5 mg ,once a day.The treatment lasted for 12 weeks. MMSE and Activity of Daily Living Scale （ADL） were used to evaluate clinical efficacy.Results MMSE and ADL scores were improved significantly after treatments in two groups （P〈 0.01）. The scores of combined treatment goup were improved more significantly than that of control group （P〈 0.05）. There were 4 patients （9.3% ）with mild diarrhea in treatment group ;1 patient （2.4% ）with mild diarrhea and 5 patients（12.2% ）with excitation and insomnia in control group.Conclusion Donepezil combined with Tianzhi granule is effective on patients with mild and moderate AD. It could produce improvements in cognition and ability of daily life.Clinical effects of Donepezil combined with Tianzhi granule are batter than that of Donepezil.
