摘　　要：针对高校实习条件不足,教学内容与企业需求脱节,而企业缺失提升员工技能和学历教育平台的现状,提出校企合作人才培养模式。在国内外发展现状、合作意义和方式等方面进行分析和探讨,并提出相关需改革和加强的问题。Against the status quo of inadequate practice conditionsand teaching content can＇t keep up the enterprise demand incolleges and universities, and the enterprise lacking of the platformof emhancing staff skills and academic education, this paper presentsthe ＂School-enterprise cooperation＂ Personnel training Mode. Themain contents analysis and discuss the development situation in theworld, cooperation significance, mode of cooperation, and so on.Finally, the paper lists the questions need of reform and strengthen.
