摘　　要：目的探讨伴t(1;3)(p34;p21)的恶性血液病的临床及实验室特征。方法骨髓细胞培养24h后按常规方法制备染色体,用RHG显带技术进行细胞遗传学分析。结果 1例B细胞急性淋巴细胞白血病(B-ALL)患者其核型分析结果有t(1;3)(p34;p21)的异常,临床和血液学改变符合B-ALL诊断,患者化疗后获得完全缓解。结论伴t(1;3)(p34;p21)急性淋巴细胞白血病可能是一个独立的临床病理遗传学类型。Objective To investigate the clinical and laboratory characteristics of hematological malignancies with（1 ;3）（p34 ;p21） translocation .Methods Bone marrow cell chromosome specimens were carried out by short-term culture ,chromosome karyotype analysis was made by R banding technique .Results The chromosome karyotype analysis of one leukemia patient has （1 ;3）（p34 ;p21） translocation ,the leukemia type of this patient was B-ALL which was identified by clinic and hematological observation .He obtained complete remission after chemotherapy . Conclusion ALL patients with t（1 ;3）（p34 ;p21）may be a new unique entity .
