快餐业限时物流配送服务对在线点餐销售的影响

摘　　要：针对应用电子商务模式在线点餐出现的送货耗时过长及点餐流程繁琐等经常被消费者投诉的问题,基于消费选择理论构建一个快餐业限时物流配送服务对在线点餐销售促进作用分析模型,以西安地区饭统网订餐平台数据库作为数据来源,运用结构方程模型研究限时物流配送服务对消费者通过电子商务平台订购餐饮行为的影响。研究结果显示,消费者对快餐口感的满意度受快餐配送时间影响显著,快餐配送时间是决定消费者重复购买和满意度的最主要因素,其次是快餐质量。指出与日常消费品、服饰等产品不同,采用电子平台销售模式的快餐业应当更加关注如何保证物流服务质量。In this paper, on the basis of the consumption selection theory, we built an analytic model of the promotional effect of the time-limited logistics distribution services on the online ordering volume of the fast food industry, then with the database of the Fantong Net, an online meal ordering platform active in the Xi’an region, as the source, used the structural equation model to study the influence of these services on the ordering behaviors of the consumers through the platform, and at the end, in view of the conclusions, proposed the corresponding countermeasures.
