人力资源和物质资本对物流产业发展影响的实证对比分析

摘　　要：以物流产业发展中人力资源要素和物质资本要素投入这两类最为重要和关键的要素为对象,以1998-2011年我国物流产业发展的数据为样本,以Douglas生产函数及其变形作为主要分析工具,对考察期间我国物流产业发展的相关数据构成的时间序列模型进行了实证计量分析,在平稳性分析、协整性检验和拟合优度分析的基础上,对模型进行了修正并计算出了人力资源要素和物质资本要素投入对物流产业发展的贡献率,最后基于实证计算结果进行了相关评价和建议。In this paper, with human resources and material assets as the subject and the data concerning the development of the Chinese logistics industry between 1998 and 2011 as the sample, we had an empirical econometric analysis of the time series model based on the data, then modified the model on the basis of stability analysis, co-integration test and goodness of fit analysis, calculated the contributions of the human resources factor and the material assets factor to the development of the logistics industry, and at the end, presented the corresponding suggestions in accordance with an empirical analysis.
